2 chicken breasts
shredded lettuce
1 can water chestnuts
1 box frozen peas
1 cup mayonnaise
2 TBSP sugar
1 cup grated cheddar cheese
2 TBSP fried bacon bits

Directions:
Directions:
Microwave chicken breasts; chop or cube. Put the chicken in the bottom of a 9 x 13" glass pan. Add a layer of shredded lettuce. Drain water chestnuts and spread on the lettuce. Add frozen peas for the next layer. Top with mayonnaise. Sprinkle with sugar. Top with grated cheese and fried bacon bits. Chill.

Serve with crackers.
