3 Tbsp Olive Oil (I like to use the flavored oil)
1 tsp Paprika
1 tsp Ground Cumin
1 tsp Onion Salt
1/2 tsp Garlic Powder
1/2 tsp Italian Seasoning
1/2 tsp Black Pepper

4 - 6 Potatoes, cut into wedges
Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 425º F.
Combine oil & seasonings in a large bowl.
Wash/dry potato wedges, put in the bowl & coat with spices.
Transfer potato wedges to a large ungreased parchment lined baking sheet (do not overcrowd).
Bake until the potato wedges are golden & crisp (about 40 mins).
Serve immediately.
