1 lb. stew meat
King Arthur Gluten Free Mix (or regular flour)
Olive oil or select oil of choice
2 lbs. hamburger meat
Fiesta Brand Chili Mix
Salt
2 V-8, spicy or regular (or tomato sauce)

Directions:
Directions:
In a crock pot or pressure cooker, brown stew meat with oil, flour, and water, and cook at low heat until tender. While cooking the stew meat, brown the hamburger meat. When tender, shred the stew meat and add the chili seasoning and salt. Let simmer for a few minutes. Add hamburger meat, V-8, and more water/salt if needed. Simmer until ready to serve.
