2 cups flour
2 cups sugar
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. espresso (Anthony's expresso baking power)
¼ tsp. salt
1 cup butter
1 ounce German Chocolate baking bar
¼ ounce unsweetened chocolate baking bar
1 cup water
½ cup buttermilk
1 tsp. vanilla (Molina Mexican Vanilla Blend)
1 tsp. baking soda
2 eggs

Directions:
Directions:
Sift first 5 ingredients in a bowl and set aside
Place butter in saucepan and melt, add cocoa bring to boil
Bring 1 cup water to a boil and add to butter and cocoa and boil for 30 seconds
Pour over flour mixture and stir until blended
Beat eggs add buttermilk, soda, and vanilla
Pour over other ingredients and mix well
Preheat oven 350º
13 X 18 Pan sprayed with non stick spray

Frosting
While baking:
Melt ½ butter add 1 ounce German chocolate baking bar
3 cups powdered sugar
1 tsp. vanilla (Molina Mexican Vanilla Blend)
Mix well you may need to add a little milk
Pour over cake while hot
