˝ Large Onion
1tsp Garlic
2 tbsp. Butter
2 tbsp. Corn Starch
3 C. Milk
1 C. Cream
24 oz. Corn caned or frozen.
1 Can Cream of Corn
1 C. Cheder Cheese
4 Smokies or Sausage
Salt & Pepper to taste.

Finely chop Onion.
Melt Butter and sauté Onions, Add Garlic.
When the Onions are clear add Corn Starch.
Stir until the Butter is clumpy.
Then add the Milk and Cream, a little at a time, Continually stir.
When the clumps are dissolved add Corn, Add Cream of Corn.
Add Cheese, let it dissolve.
Cut the Smokies into bit size, Cook, Add Smokies to Corn .
Add Salt & Pepper.
Let simmer for 1 hour about. Could be more the flavors mingle better the longer you simmer.
But if you are in a hurry you can serve as soon as hot. Every thing is cooked.
