"I have long believed that good food, good eating is all about risk. Whether we're talking about unpasteurized Stilton, raw oysters or working for organized crime 'associates,' food, for me, has always been an adventure."--Anthony Bourdain

2 C Brown Sugar
#10 Can Sliced Peaches, drained and reserved
Cinnamon Bears
Bisquick

Directions:
Directions:
Stir butter and brown sugar in a warm Dutch oven; add sliced peaches, and a good handful of cinnamon bears.
Mix the reserved peach juice with enough Bisquick to make a batter than is thinner than biscuits and thicker than pancake batter. Dollop on top of peaches, do not stir. Bake until golden brown and bubbly.

A good rule thumb: If you are using briquette, and the number on the lid is 16, then you use 2 less briquettes on the lid (14) and 2 more under (18), and you have 350º.
