1 - 2 pkgs Corn Husks
3 C Masa Harina Flour
2 C Warm Water
1 C Lard or Shortening (lard tastes better)
1 tsp Salt
1 Tbsp Baking Powder + 1 pkg Seasoning Sazon Goya

FILLING
3 - 4 lbs Beef or Pork Roast
1/2 Onion
1 small can Diced Green Chilis (use hot if you want hot)
1 small can Diced Tomatoes
1 pkg Chili Seasoning Mix

Directions:
Directions:
Soak corn husks for about 3 hours in warm water. Mix all ingredients to make wet dough. May need to sprinkle more water on dough. Press dough as thin as possible on corn husks. Add a spoonful of filling. Roll up and fold the small end over. Use steamer and stand upright, folded end down. Place all tamales in your plan. Cover top with extra corn husks, about 2 layers. Cover all with Saran Wrap, push wrap against edges of your pan and still till done, about 1 1/2 hours, depending on zie of batch you make.

FILLING
Cook and shred the meat. Mix with all other ingredients, simmer for 30 minutes. Let cool before using
