1 lg. onion, chopped
3 lb. ground venison
6 TBSP chili powder
1 tsp. cayenne pepper
1 TBSP salt
4 lg. garlic cloves. minced
2 fresh jalapeños, chopped
1 TBSP Tabasco sauce
2 quart tomatoes
2 beef bouillon cubes

Directions:
Directions:
In a small amount of bacon grease or oil, brown onion and meat. Add remaining ingredients. Heat to boiling and reduce heat. Cover and simmer 1½ hours.
