⅔ cup plain bread crumbs
½ teaspoon each - celery salt, onion powder, paprika & thyme
1 broiler fryer, quartered
3 tablespoons plain yogurt

Directions:
Directions:
Mix bread crumbs with seasoning. Skin and defat chicken. With finger tips coat chicken with yogurt. Press chicken in crumbs to coat completely. Place on rack on foil lined pan. Bake at 400º for 40 to 45 minutes.
