1 3 pound broiler, cut up
1 teaspoon onion powder
½ teaspoon pepper
½ cup soy sauce
1 clove garlic, crushed
2 tablespoons lemon juice
artificial sweetener = to 2 teaspoons sugar
½ tablespoon teaspoon allspice
1 teaspoon grated lemon rind

Directions:
Directions:
Sprinkle onion powder and pepper on chicken, place in a bowl.
Combine soy sauce, garlic, lemon juice, artificial sweetener, allspice, and ground lemon rind. Pour over chicken. Refrigerate 3 hours, turning often. Place chicken on rack, brush with marinade. Broil 4 inches from heat 25 minutes. Brush with marinade several times, turning once. (Remove skin before eating)
