2 fryers cut up
½ cup oleo - melted
1 cup buttermilk
1 egg (slightly beaten)
1 cup flour
1 cup pecans
1 tablespoon paprika
1 tablespoon salt
½ tablespoon pepper
¼ cup sesame seeds
¼ cup pecan halves
parsley and cherry tomatoes

Directions:

Melt butter in 13 x 9 x 2 inch pan. Mix buttermilk with egg in shallow dish. Mix flour, ground pecans, paprika, salt, pepper, and sesame seeds in another dish. Dip chicken in buttermilk mixture, then in flour mixture. Place skin side down in melted butter in baking dish, then turn to coat. Bake at 350º for 1¾ hours. Garnish with cherry tomatoes.
