Ingredients:
Ingredients:
6 eggs
3 Tbsp. Butter
salt & pepper
1 large spoon full of sour cream

Directions:
Directions:
Crack eggs and add directly to a greased sauce pan. DO NOT WHISK.
Add the butter.
Set stove to medium heat and place pan on burner.
Using a rubber spatula, stir continuously.

The key to this recipe is controlling the heat in the pan.
Leave the pan on the heat for 20 seconds then pull off the heat for about 10-15 seconds.
Don't stop stirring, keep it going.

When the eggs begin to congeal, add the salt and pepper.

Once eggs are close to being completed, add the sour cream and stir.

Eggs will be nice and creamy once done!

High five Tyler because the recipes he steals from Gordon Ramsay are awesome!
