1 lb. Carrots, peeled
¼ c. Water
¼ c. Orange Juice
1 tbsp. Butter
1 tbsp. Honey
¼ c. Fresh Parsley, chopped
¼ tsp. Kosher Salt

Directions:
Directions:
Cut carrots into ½" slices.

Bring to a boil in large skillet the carrots, water, orange juice and honey; reduce heat to medium, cover, and cook 8 minutes or until crisp-tender.

Drain, then toss with butter, parsley, salt and pepper.
