3/4 c. butter at room temperature
3/4 c. granulated sugar
3/4 c. brown sugar
1½ tsp. vanilla
3 large eggs
2¼ c. all-purpose flour
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking soda
3/4 c. butterscotch chips
3/4 c. chocolate chips
3/4 c. chopped walnuts (~3 oz.)

Oven 350º

1. With mixer on medium speed, beat butter and sugars until smooth. Add vanilla and eggs; beat until well blended.

2. Stir in flour, salt and baking soda until well combined. Stir in chips and walnuts. Butter a 9 x 13" baking dish and spread dough evenly.

3. Bake in a 350º regular or convection oven until top is browned and a wooden skewer inserted in center comes out with moist crumbs attached, about 30 minutes. Cool on a rack for 15 minutes, then cut into 24 rectangles. Serve warm or cool.
