1 cup of dried organic elderberries
˝cup of honey
2 ˝ cups of water
1 tsp of cinnamon or 3 cinnamon sticks (optional)
3 tsp of ginger root (optional)

Directions:
Directions:
1. Combine berries, water, cinnamon, ginger root in pot.
2. High pressure for 12 minutes
3. Quick release pressure
4. Strain berries.
5. Stir in honey.
6. Store in glass jar in the refrigerator.
