CAKE
1 c. water
4 T cocoa
2 sticks margarine
2 c. flour, sifted
½ t. salt
2 eggs
½ c. buttermilk or yogurt
1 t. baking soda

FROSTING
6 T margarine
3 T cocoa
4½ T milk
2¼ - 2½ c. conf. sugar
¾ t. vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
CAKE
Boil water, cocoa, and margarine, then remove from heat.
Add flour, sugar, and salt; mix well.
Blend eggs and buttermilk (or yogurt), then add to above mixture; add baking soda.
Beat well and then spread on a cookie sheet.
Bake at 350º for 20-30 minutes.

FROSTING
Boil margarine, cocoa, and milk.
Add conf. sugar and vanilla.
Beat well and spread on the cooled cake.
