¾ c. oil
½ c. vinegar
1 T oregano
½ lb. provolone
¼ lb. salami, smoked or summer sausage
½ lb. pepperoni
2 green peppers
3 or 4 tomatoes
1 small can of ripe olives
1 small onion
1 lb. seashell pasta

Directions:

Cook seashells and drain.

Cut meats and cheese into bite-sized pieces; chop onion and tomato. Mix together oil, vinegar, and oregano. Toss all ingredients (except tomato) adding salt and pepper to taste.

Refrigerate at least one hour before serving. Add tomatoes just before serving.
