1 Can (16oz) Sauerkraut, drained
2 C Shredded Swiss Cheese
¼ C Mayo or Salad Dressing
2 Medium Tomatoes, Sliced
2 T Butter
1 Can (12oz) Corned Beef, Broken into small pieces
¼ C Bottled Thousand Island Dressing
¼ C Pumpernickel Bread Crumbs

Note - 2 slices Pumpernickel bread will make the breadcrumbs.

Preheat oven to 350°.

Place sauerkraut in 1½ Quart glass casserole dish. Top with corned beef, then shredded cheese. Combine Mayo & Thousand Island dressing and spread over cheese. Top with tomato slices and set aside.

Place butter in small glass bowl and microwave until melted. Stir in bread crumbs. Sprinkle bread crumbs over tomato slices.

Bake in oven for 10-15 minutes or until bubbly.

Let stand for 5 minutes before serving.
