3 onions
1 Large Can chicken broth or 3 regular size
1 pkg shredded hash browns
1 Carrot
1 Stalk celery
Broccoli stems (sliced)

Shredded Broccoli tops
2 cans cream chicken soup
¼ tsp pepper

½ chunk (bar) of velveeta cheese
3 shakes tobacco

Directions:
Directions:
Saute onions in butter until they are soft. Add broth, hash browns, carrot, celery, broccoli stems -- Bring to boil and simmer for 15 minutes

Then Add:
shredded broccoli tops, cream chicken, pepper. Place in crock pot on high. Let simmer for about 1/2 hour. Then our crock pot to low

Then Add:
Velvet, tobasco stir until combined

Use a hand mixer to blend 1/2 of soup for more creamy consistency

Sally used make lots of soup and freeze them to sell. When she would we always requested this one if she had leftovers! Of course she always did and we would gather like hound dogs on a feeding frenzy slurping it up!! So good!
