1 c. butter, melted, divided
¼ - ½ c. onion, diced
1 (10¾ oz.) can cream of chicken soup, undiluted
2 c. sour cream
2 c. grated cheddar cheese
1 Tbs. salt
1 tsp. pepper
1 (32 oz.) package frozen hashbrown potatoes, slightly thawed
2 c. corn flakes, crushed

Directions:
Directions:
1. Combine ½ c. butter, onion, cream of chicken soup, sour cream, cheese, salt and pepper in a large bowl. Add potatoes to this mixture and fold until incorporated.
2. Place mixture in a greased 3 qt. casserole dish.
3. In a medium bowl mix crushed corn flakes and remaining ½ c. melted butter. Stir until combined. Spread corn flake mixture on top of the potatoes in casserole dish.
4. Bake uncovered at 350º for 1 hour 15 minutes.
