2 jar/can salsa verde
1 can rotel
4 garlic gloves pressed/minced
2 tsp paprika
2 tsp cumin
Cayene pepper dash
salt/pepper to taste
1 onion diced
4 chicken breasts (frozen is fine)
1 lime (or more for serving)
Directions:
Directions:
Place all ingredients in instant pot. Pressure cook from frozen for 40 minutes. Then shred and cook if needed for 15 more.

Serve with Sour cream, cilantro, lime wedges, salsa, guacamole, cheese, olives
