Ingredients:
Ingredients:
1 9 oz can bean dip
guacamole (made fresh is better but I like Wholly Guacamole if store bought)
1 16 oz sour cream
1 can sliced olives
sliced green onions
3 diced Roma tomatoes
1 pkg shredded Mexican blend cheese

Directions:
Directions:
In a round pie dish or 8x8 glass dish, layer on bottom bean dip.
Then on top and covering beans, layer guacamole. Layer sour cream next. Then light layer of cheese.

For the final layer you can scatter tomatoes, olives and green onion however you'd like. I like to make it look "pretty" by layering them in "circles." So outer "ring" is cheese, then next ring I do tomatoes, then olives and the center of the circle is green onion.

Personal Notes:
This layer dip came to me from my dear friend and "other mother," Sally Whetstone. She used to bring our family dinner sometimes and she made this one day and I asked her to show me how to make it. She said "everybody uses refried beans in their bean dips, but the secret is using actual bean dip." She was the best cook ever! I miss her!
