Tri Tip Roast (I use the one from Costco)
Au Jus packet
1 10.5oz can French Onion Soup
1 sweet onion, sliced
Favorite rolls or hoagie rolls
Sliced Havarti or Provolone cheese

For 6-8 hours or more Set crock pot to Low
F0r 4-5 hours set crock pot to high
add sliced onion to crock pot, Roast, pour soup and Au Jus mix on top of roast.
Cook on low for 7 hrs or more.
I meat doesn't Shred easily cook longer.
Add meat and cheese to roll. Serve with Au Jus sauce. So Good!!

A friend of mine brought this to me when I had a baby and it was so good. The kids love it so much they eat 2-3 sandwiches each! Easy to double and serve for gatherings, with a salad and fruit, always a crowd pleaser!
