1 Cup Glue
½ Cup Hot Water
1 Tsp. Borax
Food Coloring

Directions:
Mix cold water and glue. Add a few drops of food coloring and mix. In a cup, mix hot water and borax until dissolved. Slowly add borax mixture to the glue mixture. Mix well, pour of any extra water. Enjoy. Note: I do not recommend playing with this on carpet. Outside is best. For fine motor development, hide pennies or beads or other plastic/non-absorbent items to the flubber and let kiddos search for/extract them.
