4 thinner chicken breasts in a plastic bag and pound them.

Bread crumbs:
1½c bread crumbs
½c Parm cheese
½tsp salt and pepper
2tsp Italian seasoning
1tsp garlic powder

Dip Time:
1. 1c flour
2. 3 whisked eggs
3. Bread crumbs

Heat 3tbsp oil in cast iron skillet and cook each breast until brown.

Lay chicken in baking dish with 6 slices of mozzarella and tomato sauce on top.

Bake at 425º for 15 minutes.

Remove and sprinkle with ⅓c Parm cheese. Broil until cheese is good.
Sprinkle with basil!
