1 Cup Flour
1/2 Cup Salt
2 tsp. Cream of Tartar
1 Cup Water
1 Tablespoon Vegetable Oil
Food Coloring
Directions:
Directions:
Mix all the ingredients in a pan. Cook over a medium flame, stirring constantly. When the dough starts to get stiff, turn it onto a counter and knead it until it cools. Store in un-refrigerated in an air-tight container. It will keep for three months.
