2 cups sugar
1 tsp nutmeg or your favorite spice
2 tsp baking powder
1 cup lard (work with flour before hand)
1 cup buttermilk or sour milk
2 eggs
1 tsp baking soda

Roll out 1/4 inch thick. Don’t over bake. (Slightly tan) 350º
