Ingredients:
Ingredients:
2 ½ cups All purpose flour
1 Tbsp. Yeast
1 cup Water, warm
1 tsp. Sugar
1 cup water, room temperature
2 tsp. salt
3 Tbsp. Extra virgin olive oil

Directions:
Directions:
Start by adding the yeast to the cup of warm water. Mix well using a fork and set aside. In a large bowl, add in the flour, sugar, salt, and olive oil. Mix the yeast mixture again and pour it into the large bowl. Begin mixing the dough by hand. Once the dough starts to thicken, pour in some room temperature water. I added about 1/4 cup of water. Continue to knead and fold into itself until the dough is not too firm or too soft and no longer sticks to your fingers. If it remains too dry, add a little bit more water and continue mixing. In a small bowl, drizzle some olive oil on the bottom and place the dough on top. Drizzle some olive oil on top and cover with saran wrap. Place a thick blanket over the bowl and set aside. Let the dough rise for two hours before preparing the pizza.
