6 Large Hard Boiled Eggs
⅓ Cup Mayonnaise
1 Tsp Mustard
3-4 Tbsp Finely Chopped Onion
1 Garlic Clove, Minced
Paprika
Salt + Pepper To Taste

Directions:
Directions:
Slice eggs in half lengthwise, remove yolks and put them in a medium bowl. Mash yolks and add mayonnaise, mustard, garlic, onion, salt and pepper. Fill egg whites with mixture and sprinkle with paprika. Refrigerate and serve!
