1 cup plain yogurt
½ cup sugar
2 large eggs
1 tsp vanilla
2 Tbsp coconut oil
1 drop Cardamom oil
2 cups all-purpose flour
2 tsp baking powder
½ tsp baking soda
½ tsp salt
2 small apples peeled and chopped
¾ cup chopped pecans

HOMEMADE CARAMEL SAUCE
¼ cup packed brown sugar
2 Tbsp butter
1 Tbsp fat-free milk

Directions:
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 325 degrees.
2. In a large bowl, mix yogurt, sugar, eggs, vanilla, coconut oil and Cardamom oil.
3. In separate bowl combine flour, baking powder, baking soda and salt.
4. Add dry ingredients to liquid mixture and mix until just combined.
5. Lightly fold in apples and pecans.
6. Grease a 9x5 inch bread pan.
7. Pour mixture into greased pan and place in the oven for 60 minutes, or until a knife comes out clean.
8. In a small saucepan combine brown sugar, butter, and milk.
9. Bring mixture to a boil, stirring constantly.
10. Cover and cook for 1 minute.
11. Spread over cooked bread, when bread is done baking.
