8 eggs separated
1 1/2 cups sugar
3/4 cup cake meal
2 T cocoa
1 orange, juice and rind
1/4 cup wine ( i use manischewiz grape)
1/2 t salt

Directions:
Directions:
Beat yolks with sugar until thick and lemon colored.
Sift cake meal with cocoa and stir in.
Add grated orange rind, juice, and wine. Mix well.
Add salt to egg whites; beat until stiff and fold into mixture.
Put in tube pan
Bake at 325 for 50 minutes.
Cool upside down
