Ingredients:  
4 c water
2 Tbsps sea salt
1 head cauliflower (add carrots and baby onions if you want)
3 hot peppers (maybe 2)
3 cloves garlic

Directions:
Directions:
1. Mix water and salt to make brine. Place 1 pepper and 1 garlic in crock.
2. Cut cauliflower into bite size pieces and put in crock adding 2nd pepper and garlic midway. Add brine to cover. Place weights, pushing down on veggies and make sure all material is submerged.
5 -10 days.
