2 Cans (14 oz.) Artichoke Hearts, Drained & Chopped
2 pkgs. (4 oz. each) Feta Cheese, Crumbled
½ C. Shredded Parmesan Cheese
1 C. Mayonnaise
1 (2 oz.) Jar Diced Pimentos, Drained
1 Garlic Clove, Minced

Directions:

Preheat oven to 325º

Mix all ingredients in a bowl until well blended. Spoon into a low sided round baking dish (can use pie or tart pan).

Bake for 25-30 minutes, until lightly browned. Serve with assorted crackers.
