Meat Mixture

2 lbs ground beef
1/4 cups milk
1/2 cups chopped onion
1/4 cup chopped green pepper
2 eggs, beaten
2 tablespoons Jack Daniels
2 cloves garlic, chopped
1 tablespoon steak seasoning
1/2 cup panko crumbs
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce

Filling:

Cheese slices, pepper jack, cheddar or your favorite

Sauce:

1 cup ketchup
1/4 cup Jack Daniels
1/3 cup brown sugar
1 tablespoon steak seasoning
2 teaspoons crushed red pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Brush or spray air fryer basket with oil or cooking spray.
Combine all ingredients for meat mixture.
Press half of the mixture into air fryer pan, leaving 1/2 inch space around edges.
Top with several cheese slices, avoiding edges.
Cover with remaining meat mixture. Press edges of meat together to seal.

Bake at 350 degrees for 10 minutes.
Cover with foil and continue to bake for 50 minutes more. Remove foil for last 10 minutes.

While meatloaf is cooking, make sauce by combining all ingredients in saucepan and heating until sugar is dissolved.

During last 10 minutes of baking time, brush with sauce. Serve remaining sauce with meatloaf.
