2 c. flour
2 eggs
1 c. sugar
2 t. vanilla
1 c. butter
1 - 16 oz. can crushed pineapple drained
2 - 8 oz. pkgs. cream cheese
2 c. coconut
4 T. sugar
2 T. butter
4 T. milk
Directions:
Directions:
Mix flour, sugar, and butter to fine crumbs. Pat in 9 X 13 pan. Bake at
350 degrees til brown. Cool slightly.
Mix cream cheese, sugar, milk, eggs, vanilla, and pineapple. Spread over
crumbs. Combine coconut and butter and sprinkle on top. Bake 350 degrees for 20 minutes.
