2 c. canola oil
12 dill pickle spears

Wet batter:
¾ c. flour
1 c. buttermilk
½ tsp. each dried dill, and paprika
½ tsp. each pepper, and baking powder
1 egg


Dry ingredients:
1 c. panko breadcrumbs
¼ c. parmesan cheese

Dipping sauce:
¼ c. mayonnaise
1 tbsp. ketchup
1 tsp. Worcestershire
½ tsp. Cholula
¼ tsp. garlic salt
¼ tsp. pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Heat oil in a medium saucepan filled ¼ full, over medium heat until it reaches 350-375º. Place all spears on a paper towel and pat dry. Add all wet batter ingredients to a bowl and combine. Place panko and parmesan into a shallow dish, combine. Dip each spear into wet batter, then press into breadcrumbs to coat all sides. Carefully place pickles into oil and fry until golden brown. Remove and drain on paper towels. Combine all dipping sauce ingredients and combine.
Air fryer at 360º for around 8 minutes.
