Crust:
2 C flour
2 C oatmeal
1 1/2 c brown sugar
1 t. baking soda
1/2 t. salt
1 1/4 C butter, softened

Filling:
6 oz. (1C) semi-sweet choc. chips
12 oz. jar caramel topping
3 T flour

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350. Grease a 13x9" pan. Combine crust ingredients, blend to form crumbs. Press half of mixture into pan and bake for 10 min. Remove from oven and sprinkle chips on top and drizzle the caramel (mixed with the flour) over chips. Put remaining crumbs on top and return to oven. Bake an additional 20-25 min. until golden brown.
