2 pkg. lady fingers
1/4 C brandy or tia maria
2 T vanilla
1-8oz. container mascarpone cheese
1/4 C powdered sugar
1 C cool whip
2 T cocoa powder or choc. shavings
8 C espresso
Directions:
Directions:
Dip lady fingers in espresso and cover bottom of a 9x13 glass dish. Combine brandy, vanilla, cheese, sugar and cool whip. Layer on top of lady fingers. Repeat with lady fingers and mixture for one more layer. Sift cocoa powder or choc. shavings over tiramisu. Garnish with espresso beans if desired.
