2 C flour
1 C sugar
1 t. baking soda
2 t. baking powder
1/2 t. salt
2 t. cinnamon
1 C veg. oil
4 eggs
1 can (2C) pumpkin
Optional: 1/2 C walnuts
1/2 C raisins

Directions:
Directions:
Mix until well-blended. Bake in a large jelly roll pan (11x15) at 350 for 25 min.
Frost when cool (recipe follows).
Cream Cheese Frosting:

4 oz. cream cheese
2 T sour cream
3+ C powdered sugar

Mix all ingredients together. The mix may seem a bit tacky, but it will set to a firm consistency.
