1 can (14 oz.) artichoke hearts, drained, chopped
2 pkgs. (4 oz) crumbled Feta cheese
1 c. mayo
c. shredded Parmesan cheese
1 jar (2 oz.) diced pimentos, drained
1 clove garlic, minced

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients. Spoon into a 9-inch pie plate. Bake at 350 degrees for 20-25 minutes or until lightly browned. Garnish with chopped tomato and sliced green onion if desired. Serve with assorted crackers or pita triangles. Makes 2 cups.
