Ingredients:  
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 lb. hamburger, browned
¼ c. soy sauce
1 small can water chestnuts, drained
1 c. raw rice
1½ soup cans of water
2 c. chow mein noodles

Directions:
Directions:
Mix together all but the chow mein noodles. Cover and bake for 1 hour at 350º F. Remove cover and sprinkle chow mein noodles over top, bake additional 30 minutes uncovered.
