1 cup crumbled Gorgonzola cheese
8 oz. softened cream cheese
3 Tbsp. Half and Half
1/4 tsp. finely ground pepper
1/2 cup chopped toasted walnuts
1 Tbsp. chopped fresh parsley

Directions:
Directions:
Reserve 1 Tbsp. of the Gorgonzola for garnish
Place cream cheese, remaining Gorgonzola cheese, Half and Half, and pepper in
food processor.
Process just until blended
Reserve 1 Tbsp. walnuts for garnish
Stir remaining walnuts into cheese mixture.
Spoon into shallow serving plate
Sprinkle with remaining walnuts and Gorgonzola cheese and parsley
Serve with apple slices, bread sticks or French bread slices
