2 cans cream of mushroom soup ½ c. milk ¼ t. pepper 8 c. thinly sliced potatoes 1 c. thinly sliced onion 2 c. shredded sharp cheddar cheese 2 T. butter paprika
Combine soup, milk, and pepper. In a 3 quart baking dish, arrange alternate layers of potato, onion, cheese, and soup mixture. Dot top with butter, sprinkle with paprika. Bake, covered, at 375º F for one hour. Uncover and bake for 15 minutes more.
