1 10 o.z can cream of shrimp soup (Campbells)
1 10 oz. can cream of mushroom soup (Campbells)
1 c.milk
4 c. shredded sharp cheddar cheese
14 oz package mixed frozen vegetables (peas, carrots, string beans etc.)
3 tbsp. dry cooking sherry or red wine
1 pound cooked shrimp (tails off) You can add scallops, crab meat, etc.
(If using X-large shrimp cut them in half or thirds)
rice or pasta

Combine the soups, milk, frozen vegetables and sherry. Heat through . Add shrimp and/or other fish you prefer. I use shrimp and sometimes add baby scallops. Add shredded cheese until it melts. Blend and simmer for 15 min until all cheese is melted.
Serve over cooked rice or pasta.
