4 c. cooked rice
1 lb. hamburger
1 tsp. salt
˝ tsp. pepper
1˝ tsp. Worcestershire
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 packet mushroom gravy
1 c. mushrooms, chopped
1 tbsp. butter
4 eggs
2 green onions, chopped

Directions:
Directions:
Combine hamburger, spices, garlic, and Worcestershire. Form 4 patties and cook. In a saucepan, sauté mushrooms in butter until tender, remove and set aside. In the same saucepan, prepare mushroom gravy. Once done, add mushrooms back in. Fry eggs either sunny side up or over easy. Serve patty on a bed of rice, smothered in mushroom gravy, and topped with a fried egg. Garnish with green onion.
