1 cup plus 2 Tbsp. almond flour
1 egg
1⁄2 tsp vanilla
1⁄2 tsp almond extract
1⁄2 tsp lemon extract
1⁄4 tsp baking soda
1⁄4 tsp cream of tartar

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350° and grease 8x8 pan (I use glass). In a medium bow, cream the butter. Add the remaining ingred’s and beat just until well combined. Spread in baking pan. It’s helpful to cover the dough with a sheet of plastic wrap, then gently press on the plastic tospread the dough evenly, peel off the plastic and discard. Bake 15 to 20 minutes until golden brown, cool. Turn out of the pan and cut into 12 cookies. Place them on a baking sheet and continue baking at 350° about 5 to 10 minutes until well-browned, but not burnt. Cool completely. Can be frozen.
