Ingredients:
1 C Peanut Butter*
1 C Splenda
1 Eggs
1 tsp. Vanilla

Mix, and roll into golf balls. Put on greased cookies sheet, flatten and make criss cross with fork dipped in Splenda.
350 - 8 -10 minutes or desired doneness
14 cookies = 117 cal, 5.2 carb, 1.1 fiber
*I use regular Skippy’s, but you can use low carb or natural if you want to. If you do, you might have to add a little salt as those tend to be a little bland for my taste.
