1 oz unsweetened chocolate or 3 Tbsp. Unsweetened cocoa and 1 Tbsp oil
1/3 c peanut butter, smooth or chunky
2 Tbsp, butter or oil
1/3 c whole milk ricotta (believe it or not, Wal-mart carries it)
½ c granulated or 12 packets Splenda

Directions:
Directions:
Melt the chocolate, peanut butter and butter together in microwave. Stir well to combine. Add the remaiing ingredients, stir again and drop by tablespoons on waxed paper. You should have 12 drops. Chill until firm, at least 1 hour, and keep in the refrigerator.
Protein: 2.8 grams. Fat: 5.3 grams. Carbs: 2.0 grams
