8-9 cups popped popcorn, plain
1 cup butter
1 cup light brown sugar
2 tsp vanilla
tsp baking soda

Directions:
Directions:
1. Make popcorn and place in a large bowl. Be sure to get rid of all the unpopped kernels.
2. Line a baking sheet with waxed paper and set aside.
3. In a medium sauce pan, melt the butter over medium heat. Then add the brown sugar and mix well. Continue stirring while you bring the mixture to a boil. Boil for 5 minutes without stirring.
4. Once the 5 minutes are over, add the vanilla and baking soda. Mix well.
5. Drizzle the caramel sauce over the popcorn in the bowl. Toss lightly to evenly coat the popcorn.
6. Pour popcorn onto the waxed paper-lined cookie sheet and let cool.
