4 eggs (beaten)
1 cup oil
2 cups white sugar
1 cup pumpkin
2 cups flour
¼ tsp salt
2 tsp pumpkin spice
1 tsp soda
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp rum extract.
Combine all ingredients
Pour into large greased cookie sheet.
Bake at 325º for 20 minutes
Ice with a cream cheese icing.
